The flexibility and RSUs are very impactful

The willingness to take disciplined risks

We live our company values and talk about them regularly. The flexibility has been great and I don't feel like I need to choose between work and home life - I am trusted to balance both as needed.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Recruiters were so helpful and I was kept informed throughout the process. It was quick - it didn't drag on but I also felt like I had met enough people to get a feel for the role and the culture of the company.
