What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair, competitive internaly and externally

IT's hard to get right. I don't think anyone would ever say "I get paid enough" or "I get paid too much" but I do think that Wave has a fair process, they research the market, and we are compensated within range.

I am paid really well for the job that I have, the benefits are great, but also I have no cap on my potential and growth or financial ceiling.

The base salary and Share Options are very attractive, but I am also impressed by the health care coverage.

Short and only done when needed

Some of the smartest, nicest people I have ever worked with. I always feel like the "dumbest person in the room" when I look around at who is with me, but I always feel like I'm learning a ton.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was intense, I met a lot of people in one day and spent hours at the office. This ensured that we could both make an educated decision and I felt confident that I understood the company and the leaders and the mandate that the job required.
