We have many new initiatives but they never progress beyond ideas. Then a new round of ideas is presented.

Increases do not keep up with inflation

I would like to be offered a higher hourly rate. What I make is hard to live on. We also just switched insurances and my coverage is worse than it used to be.

There's a lot of parents here, so we get to share our struggles and good moments with everyone
