Honest, open dialogue about where we are and what we need to do to reach our goals. And the truth telling that happens along the way. It's not a sunshine pump.

Old school thinking. Its essentially a club at the manager level, not merit based. Even Individual contributor rating are not equitable.

This is probably the most diverse team I've worked with and there is constructive conflict, which you want in a team, but also incredible problem solving.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Mid-western nice. Everyone wants to help. Team spirit with little undercurrent of competitiveness that I've felt at other companies.

the culture is almost toxic. Senior Leadership is not as accountable as they should want to be. All about shareholder's getting dividends
