I feel undervalued because they keep increasing the minimum pay, but don't equally increase the pay of those that make above the new minimum amount. So now someone who has worked there for 5 years could be making the same amount as some who just started.

Managers aka Executive Team Leaders between departments and locations are pitted against each other. Top leadership keeps active presence, but doesn't help resolve problems when they place & keep wrong people in management leadership positions.

Even thou some issues are addressed at the huddles, the leaders dont put too interest in fixing the problem, they are just there to get their money and make themselves look good in front of the STL. The STL just want to pretend everything looks good for their own benefit of their store.
