I have not really interacted with the entire leadership team, other than my own leader in the People Team, who I see quite often in meetings. I really appreciate her drive to connect with the entire department and keep us updated and informed on things happening in the business.

Last year I changed the job, I applied for the internal position, which was a band higher than mine, and I expected to get the raise but didn't get it. I even didn't have a conversation about it. In another company, they offered me 2k more, but I love IBM and don't want to leave. Hope for the change

Even though we are remote-oriented; I feel connected to the company culture and mission. This is done by participating in the many ERGs we have established, in programs put on by Workplace such as Hashicafe or the Musical Coffeehouse; I like that the company is intentional in how we communicate.

Stop making sexy slogans and claims. Do the right things. People are giving their best. Treat them as employees and not workers - a mean to get to your end (shareholders' earnings). If the company start to take care of the employees and less concern about the shareholders, we will see growth!

Better strategic clarity and empowering teams to take action on their own. Many times we don't learn about a need until after something has gone wrong. Recognize and celebrate everyone within the organization.

Most projects are a waste of time that get shelved before they are completed. Leadership needs to develop and adhere to strategic priorities rather than jumping at every new fad and then losing interest after a few weeks only to jump to another new fad with the result that most projects aren't done.
