What is the best part about your compensation package?
Annual bonus (but would love to see a quarterly or biannual structure)

We don't have yet the eye care benefit or any inclusions for eye care as we most of the time exposed in computer radiation so we need to have at least enough allowance per year for that.

I would say that the best part about my compensation package is the bonus and lunch cards.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel valued! I love my job and my boss! When I look at the average salary of my job title, the average is higher than what I am currently paid. It is not a deal breaker, though. I know I can grow here.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Very effective, great interactions, strong leaders, functional experts

The best team about our team is the support and knowledge transfer to attain specific tasks. I like the way our manager trust us working independently but also keeping that boundaries and balance to ensure that we are in the right track of our day to day tasks. Feels like we grow together as a team

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It is not the most collaborative or innovated team. As the team has grown, people have become more distant. And most teams, or co-workers, work remote. I think most of my co-workers do their work well, but no one really goes above and beyond for each other in terms of mentorship or career advance

I appreciate the consistent inclusion of our TRUST values in communications, company meetings

The respect in each employees in every region. How much they value and ensure that employees' voices are being heard and needs in skills, in intellectual and even in emotional needs are being met. There is not much interaction because we are working remotely but they provide all the right resources.
