Everything, but specifically developing a sustainable plan for company health.

No followup on communications. Employees left to fend for themselves. More hours spent on direction needed, instead of talking, show us.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay doesn't equal the amount of work I do. The company is floundering and it is doing nothing to better itself. I worry all the time about losing my job and Sears is just treading water it seems.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There's too much apathy and inaction. Maybe if the company was healthier the mood would improve, but I don't see that happening.

Telling people what to do without taking them through it hands on, does not inspire people to do well. Emails don't cut it.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company needs to do better financially. We need to be relieved of the stress of not knowing if our jobs will still be around in a year or not.

Poor housekeeping standards in order to save money. Misc. chores as required should not include cleaning the store.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Sears is sinking with no help in sight. Maybe if the company had a clear plan on how to fix itself a lot of turmoil would be eliminated.

Too late for that. Wrong management at a lot of levels. Corporate run by people who have NEVER worked in a store, unrealistic goals.
