What is the best part about your compensation package?
Variable bonus that allows me to overachieve financially if the company does well. This ties my individual performance to company performance.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team takes a lot of pride in what they do and are able to think strategically and complete projects independently. We also come together very well as a team and collaborate effortlessly.

The interview team represented a good cross-section of employees and gave me a detailed understanding of the role from the perspective of management, peers and key stakeholders.
