25 days in EMEA unlimited in the US
Great - it's unlimited as long as it's approved by your manager. It's rare for vacation requests to be turned down.

Leaning towards work rather than balance.
Good; people begin and end their days as needed. I know that folks here with small kids appreciate that flexibility.

Rajeev is a dynamic leader, friendly and approachable. He has personally jumped in to help me wrestle a creative solution for customers on multiple occasions. I really enjoy working with him.

Very merit-driven, people who consistently exceed their targets
PubMatic has clear tracks for career growth so people know what it takes to move to the next level. You can be promoted at anytime, not just in a once a year process. Managers complete a process with an internal committee making final approval on promotions. Several people on my team have been promoted multiple times.

We're pretty chill here: the office is quiet enough to keep focused on delivery, even in an open floor plan. But you'll also find everyone breaking midday to eat together in the kitchen - people here just enjoy eachother

Would be nice if the Redwood City office was closer to downtown. Current location feels a little remote.
