Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?FreeWheel has historically had excellent benefits but now that the Comcast acquisition is visibly apparent in terms of changes to processes and company organization, a lot of good benefits have been rescinded (i.e. health insurance premiums increased drastically, cell phone bills no longer covered)
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leadership needs to be more involved in terms of what employees' daily tasks consist of as well as the challenges they face, such as issues with reporting that interfere with everyone's ability to do their work.
