Frank needs to take a bigger step back, away, and not spend so much time with the boys club. Stop running it like a fraternity and chasing shiny objects. Deliver on corporate strategy you've been promising for 3 years

Easy peasy. People stopped caring a while ago. Everyone has a VP title but no one shows up. There are people who have been at Rubicon for a long time and no one knows what they do (other than collect a paycheck)
What are your coworkers at Magnite like?

There's a growing group of very smart/driven/highly engaged people. It's taking some work to getting everyone back engaged after a tough 2016, but 2nd half of 2017 has more and more people in this category of smart AND highly engaged. Still need to get more people "all-in" but that continues to improve as we are getting back to a winning revenue team culture and productive engineering team environment.
What's the office vibe like at Magnite?
Getting better by the day since we made some key leadership changes and started to put a strategy/vision back in place. Los Angeles office is the best though weak attendance on Fridays still needs to be improved. San Francisco is the best up and coming office. New York still needs improvements but new hiring is really set to help improve. London, and Paris also on the rebound now that we have re-hired and reset focus on improved leadership and strategy to rebuild winning culture.
