I would like to see more affordable, better quality options for healthcare, and a higher company match for 401k. I know Alorica is not a pubic company, so I could not say "yes" to the stock options questions, but obviously I take no issue with not being given stock options for a private company!

Anyone this question is posed will think they never make enough for what they do. I believe for me at least I am underpaid as my job does not stop because it is 6PM or its only 7AM. I have constant request and needs from employees

We have a lack of training, most is on the job, this makes it difficult since most people are promoted from within. Most people don't have the skill set they need for the job
