I would like to see more affordable, better quality options for healthcare, and a higher company match for 401k. I know Alorica is not a pubic company, so I could not say "yes" to the stock options questions, but obviously I take no issue with not being given stock options for a private company!

Anyone this question is posed will think they never make enough for what they do. I believe for me at least I am underpaid as my job does not stop because it is 6PM or its only 7AM. I have constant request and needs from employees
