Pressuring employees to sale when they aren't comfortable doing so and threatening to fire them if sales quotas arent met
They need to educate about discrimination. They need to not get involved in peoples personal lives. They need to compensate people for work done and resources used. They need to be honest.
First, they need to follow EEOC federal guidlines on discrimination. Second, they need to quit making people work off the clock.
Be honest and stop hiring criminals to be toxic to hard-working employee

Complete overhaul of management. Very unprofessional and short tempers.
Improve communication with everyone. From highest level to lowest level.
Walk the talk be genuine.. Substance and conviction and not just because it's the trend.
The system needs restructuring, completely. From the tangled phone lines, to the management that cares more about numbers than the people supplying those numbers. Rip it all out, start anew.

Talk is cheap, if employees are important, pay and benefits will reflect that. Quit telling us to always "Do the right thing". This is the shadiest company I have ever worked for. They figure out every possible way to cheat their employees while bragging themselves up.
