What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Be honest to applicants let them know you will underpay them and exploit them

They target young people because they are naive enough to stay for longer. Simply providing raises for quality agents who haven't had a chance for a promotion after years or some kind of incentive to staying you would think that would benefit everyone as more experienced agents mean better service

Stop calling over and over again to confirm you're showing up for the first day. Also stop texting your employees asking if they want to work for you, you have the numbers on file!

Nothing, I don't recommend this job to anyone. Unless you can learn to be disconnected and lie to people all day based on these SOP's you have to follow.
