They are very pro active and willing to listen.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

People should be given greater opportunities for advancement and promotions. Additionally, they ought to have the flexibility to adjust their schedules as needed.

Time should be allotted for proper training. If there is going to be condensed training aside from the initial schedule, there should be people there to willingly help with materials not taught during training. They instead get smart and refuse help.

They give out feedback and quality scores on your calls. Sometimes the feedback and scores are incorrect. I've messaged my supervisor several times asking questions about the feedback/score. And never a reply back.

Helping employees and actually doing there jobs

Everything. Training is a joke. Can't get help

Operations managers are completely disconnected from the actual workers and have zero understanding of employee needs.

To actually support and listen to employees. As well as make sure every AGENT active or that had quit get full pay!

Care about your employees and understand that it is ok to make mistakes.
