No one, from agent to management, listens to what is going on, then get surprised when what they've been told would happen, does. Local Management will tell you one thing, then stab you in the back just to save a little face.

Nothing against them, it's just that everyone in my particular office are still new and learning. There are, literally, no seasoned employees to really help the new people because we are all new people.

They need to acknowledge. Be helpful and supportive
People need to stop looking only for themselves and start working as a team. But that will never happen if we have this competence work enviroment. You will never give a hand to the other if that may cause he gets higher than you.
