    At the Magna location there is a lot of negativity, very little ownership and attrition is a huge problem.

  • Sometimes it's fun and relaxing and at other times it's demanding and rigid. It depends on what department and TM you are working under.

  • They are very good , they keep things private about your information. they sit down and talk to you. See what is going on, and how they can help you. Make sure that your needs are being met. Keep checking on you to see if their is anything else they can do for you.

  • Atm we are losing people. I do not much growth. I know Dorthy, lady where I at. Hoped for very long time to get promoted to supervisor. People who have been there long gotten the job.

  • They don’t know how to measure it m

  • It's all about numbers. Both survey results from customers (which itself is random, because you can theoretically have 97 great calls, three bad calls and the three calls be the surveyed ones) and the ability to avoid crediting customers at all costs. That's all that matters.

  • To have a 14mos pay/mid year bonus :)

  • I'd put more emphasis on the Work At Home division, because that is one of the main reasons Alorica acquired West.

  • Work is available, but the CSR's are often crowded by low middle managers facing more pressure to get the numbers I just mentioned.

  • 40 hours, unprofessional vibe big time!!

  • Its not unlike being back at high school. If you're focused amd determined enough then you should be fine. Stay out of the drama.

  • I can't speak for the entire corporation, but not bad at the top with who I have interacted with. No issues from my time.

  • Depends on what program you end up. With that being said, the site director is untrustworthy. Alorica, itself, does not believe in raises, nor in making sure that their employees understand their rights. They lack transparency.
