Good for a customer service job

I enjoy customer service and helping others !

Company is not good at training people, wage is low abd non negotiable, also the person thst inteeviewed me was 30 minutes late. They immeduately discard you after a week in a half of training if youre off by one point after taking a test. I do not recommend them.

My overall experience working with VXI has been horrific. To expand upon this, the production floor is run most unetically and dishonestly. The company is run with a constant threat of job loss. Representatives are forced to VTO in effort to manipulate client/ intervals. 1 (7) min break 4 restroom
