What are you most excited about working at Foundever?
nothing. Employees at call centers are spoken about in a condescending way and as an employee you are being treated as a cog, no feedback and absent directors

a robe, stay home , don't waste your time interviewing with this company on the verge of bankrupcy

I have no opinion about the CEO
I think they see him generally in a positive light
How helpful was your Marketing team when you were first hired at Foundever?
Not so much. I had to search out who does who and the onboarding meant that a manager flew from Colorado and sat with me for about a day eager to fly back. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE and the work from home remote policy they have does not work especially if your director/manager is remote and not interested in working
The team was helpful for 2 days. After these 2 days there was no training.very poor onboarding
How flexible is your work schedule at Foundever?
NOT at all. I was told by my manager one week that I could come in around 9ish. I was the very next written up by the same manager for not being in at 8.30. staying late does not matter . Be there first. leave first and you're ok

the interviewers are not HR and sort of tries to find out if you would get along with them. Not so much based on skillset or experience

Everything is a showoff. They are treating all employees who are in contract basics so that whenever they find anyone to fire they see these guys to do first.Mostly this is done in Hyderabad Branch in Trainline project
The manager hides to avoid any discussion or potential conflict with the employee. HR handles all. I have Not seen managers even wishing a good luck or a good bye so very poorly

there is to my knowledge no internship program
There are no internships at Sitel

Non existing but you can ask to work at home since you are to busy with work
