Useless ones. If you can read, they hire you. No job skills required.
How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at Foundever?
Sitel does try hard to be competitive as a third-party company. They do support big name companies. The work environment is better than I was expecting. They acknowledgments at the end of every month, and they have special events. The chances in moving up is possible. Overall, I do enjoy working at Sitel
