  • no but you must have a highschool diploma

  • yes, you are given a drug test if it is a requirement for the client you will be working for. usually, it is the mouth swab and yes they do a background check

  • Terribly, no communication. And you are advised you are let go on this date... up to that advisement nothing but confusion and lack of communication and no work to do....

  • Depends on the situation. In general, its quite difficult to be fired and when resigning, you first have a talk with the manager because they to change your mind.

  • they have a strict policy you have to be on the phones at all times. you cannot take breaks unless you are scheduled if you are sick you have to call off you have to get for the approval of a supervisor. it is hard to explain I first felt like it was a good job. however, after a few weeks, I ascertained no. it is all according to your experience mine what horrible the supervisor was just horrible she complained about every little thing. the domain server kept going down you are not allowed to get your studies done on their time only on yours it all depends on what you want to do if you want to work at home try it. and see if you like it

  • Only if you worked from home prior to them taking over your company or you are a higher level manager can you work from home.
