  • 15 to 20 leaves are credited annually. You are supposed to consume 50% mandatorily after 2nd year onwards and there is a maximum accumulation policy of 30 leaves . Encashment is allowed every year.

  • yes, both. background check is done within a week of joining. all clients ask for drug test when you join a project, which is invariably when you join Infosys.

  • It is becoming very stagnative now. There used to be diversity earlier. Now we have gone back to the early 2000s era where only brahmins were recruited. Genuine leaders are pushed aside and only criteria is being a brahmin.
