Even my clients see this but to get promotions i have to jump through hoops [additional training, external certificates, etc.] just to qualify and that still does not mean i will see any change

Microsoft Corporation continues to participate in this initiative by donating relevant software. We would like to place on record our appreciation for their continued support.
