Change the Top level person sitting in organization, they only care about Billing from client not Employees.
Plan, communicate, execute. In that order.

there are no meetings and interaction other than year-end contract renewal time
Many seen nice but they cling to their own "social groups". Most do not eat with you nor chat outside work.
The whole company is based on the politics
Most are just as disgruntled. The rest engage in the nasty unfair practices which makes the majority disgruntled
Everyone is very friendly and dedicated.

The interview seemed great but was ultimately misleading, with speckles of lies. You find out after a few months of little by little lies that catch up to them.

They were basically hiring anyone with a stem BS degree and a pulse.

Infosys renegotiated their initial offer 3 times before I finished their interview process. Each offer was presented as unaware of the previous offer. Thus, my final offer was $15K less, than the initial offer, which I have never recovered. GET YOUR OFFER IN WRITING EARLY!

Infosys is only behind the money, they just need contracts and employees to work without asking salary or promotion
They directly misled customers on the quality and progress of work. They billed customers for perceived high quality work/if any was done at all.
Change the leadership team in the infosys no work life balance at all
Because of visa fraud the customers are stuck with less qualified resources
Leaders lie. You cannot have an attrition of over 50% and say the market is good so the employees are leaving. Retrospect.
