What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Employee relations. To understand the market reality. To take care of the decaying passion of employees. They need to understand. To get value in job they need to give value to employees.

Change the Top level person sitting in organization, they only care about Billing from client not Employees.

Plan, communicate, execute. In that order.

Basic leadership, ethics, integrity and honesty

only at the time of client contact time all the executives start sending the emails for updates on contract renewals otherwise whole year they don't even bother

Unethical business practices is ingrained in all the leadership of the company, including the US team. They can start by simply being ethical in word and deed.

Utilize HR professionals to manage the learning paths and client project assignments rather than having IT managers who are actively managing client projects try to manager a diverse pool of talent which is currently not on billable projects. Also use bench talent for internal optimization projects

They need to change the whole leadership team because they have no idea what they are doing

Understand the need for a healthy culture will always transpire in higher revenues. The executives are distanced from the day to day employee experience and thus don't enact policies that will benefit a healthy work place culture. There is a lot of empty statements on CLIFE.

Standing behind people with lifelong illnesses and hold their jobs.

Fairness and Equality. Stop committing visa fraud

Care for the Employee and have a respectful and professional work culture. Professional tone and clear expectations is what leaders should define.
