Fairness and Equality. Company needs to be more employee-centric
Better training, better projects other than application support, compensation that is more in line with other companies. In my area, there are a lot of big name tech companies moving in, Infosys will lose staff and talent they haven't bothered to tap into to.
Bring ownership. Remove leaders who lie. Company seems to be running as 2 companies. One driven from India one from USA. Need to think and streamline accountability
Open to feedback, avoid bureaucracy, focus on outcomes, leave past biases, reward and award meritocracy, leave favoritism and finally in the name of diversity dont snub talents.
