I work from a home office at the client's request. Thus, I am able to avoid some of the less palatable bureaucratic aspects of working for Infosys.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Empathy.. Better work family life / social life balance.. Increments / rewards rolled out in time and commensurate with our contributions / efforts Better incentives / allowances / salaries for onsite postings
Typical service based management, Not aligned to industry changes and technology, Work quality is not that great
More flexibility with the work from home hybrid schedule
Help us get on projects in fields we want to be in rather than fields that the company want to put us in.
The wokeing hours need to omprove
Team should focus more on work, fair assessment and payment rather than politics
Higher exec management needs fresh blood and thinking from outside
All levels of leadership need to develop Ethical US Business Practices.
They need to change their managemnet and leadership team
Respect boundaries, treat employees with dignity and respect, define a career path and provide a forum for feedback without retribution.
Fairness and Equality. Company needs to be more employee-centric
Better training, better projects other than application support, compensation that is more in line with other companies. In my area, there are a lot of big name tech companies moving in, Infosys will lose staff and talent they haven't bothered to tap into to.
Bring ownership. Remove leaders who lie. Company seems to be running as 2 companies. One driven from India one from USA. Need to think and streamline accountability
Open to feedback, avoid bureaucracy, focus on outcomes, leave past biases, reward and award meritocracy, leave favoritism and finally in the name of diversity dont snub talents.

Employees must be treated as humans and focus should be on delivering best quality work rather than showing off that we are agile or something else. Implementations are important and not showing off.
