I work hard, over and beyond most times. Even my clients see this but to get promotions i have to jump through hoops [additional training, external certificates, etc.] just to qualify and that still does not mean i will see any change

More communication and visibility. Everyone is afraid to take a voice and speak up on the disengunity of the company

Empathy.. Better work family life / social life balance.. Increments / rewards rolled out in time and commensurate with our contributions / efforts Better incentives / allowances / salaries for onsite postings
Typical service based management, Not aligned to industry changes and technology, Work quality is not that great
More flexibility with the work from home hybrid schedule
Help us get on projects in fields we want to be in rather than fields that the company want to put us in.

Company interview process is not that good as well
They were basically hiring anyone with a stem BS degree and a pulse.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Enviroment has to be made better
Infosys is only behind the money, they just need contracts and employees to work without asking salary or promotion
They directly misled customers on the quality and progress of work. They billed customers for perceived high quality work/if any was done at all.
Change the leadership team in the infosys no work life balance at all
Because of visa fraud the customers are stuck with less qualified resources
