I work hard, over and beyond most times. Even my clients see this but to get promotions i have to jump through hoops [additional training, external certificates, etc.] just to qualify and that still does not mean i will see any change

Company interview process is not that good as well
They were basically hiring anyone with a stem BS degree and a pulse.
There is no process in place. Very bad and poor management. There are loop holes everywhere. Undocumented deadlines. Always escalating and threatening use of words. Very Bad work culture.
Enviroment has to be made better
Infosys is only behind the money, they just need contracts and employees to work without asking salary or promotion
They directly misled customers on the quality and progress of work. They billed customers for perceived high quality work/if any was done at all.
Change the leadership team in the infosys no work life balance at all
