Review from IT Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I work hard, over and beyond most times. Even my clients see this but to get promotions i have to jump through hoops [additional training, external certificates, etc.] just to qualify and that still does not mean i will see any change

Review from Engineering Dept

Salary is too low and I can't even imagine why I choosed this company.

a proper alignment of salary to contribution

Review from Operations Dept

Infosys should consider salary as per the experience rather than job lever

Industry average salary should be implemented

The recruit new people with high salaries and expect old employees to train and scale up the employees who are underpaid. Correction of salaries of tenured employees can help get back the confidence of employees.

Review from Operations Dept

I haven't provided with proper hike

Yes, I feel under valued

increase quality of people first

Review from IT Dept

Employees are highly undervalued and compensation is way less than laterals

Salary is not on industry level

Company is paying very less than market

It not fair salary and employee do not care about company

The work load and time is not justified for the compensation.

Review from Design Dept

Increase the compensation to market levels

Salary at par with other employees.

Poor Compensation below market Standards.

The system does not inculcate culture of trust and respect

Normalisation should be done to today's standard of living

you are working hard for the client, getting the contract again and again but no motivation from the team or executives. no salary raise.
