I think, It is very difficult to get the promotion in Globant. I have completed more than 3 years and I have been in the same level for all these 3 plus years.

I first got contacted by a recruiter. After speaking with him and showing interest I got invited to a couple of interviews. One in the offices, and the other online. Then I got the offer...
It changes from role to role. We usually do a portfolio review, a personal interview, a technical interview, a review session, and a final conversation.

What is the daily attire at Globant?
there is not any specific attire rules, so it's very flexible and i think that's great.
Here we dont have a dresscode, well not an strict one you can work as you feel more comfortable
The place is library like, it's quiet, and the work stations are nice. You can plug yourself in and work without interruptions and it's really cool. There's also a music room, where you can play guitar or drums, there's a chill out with coffee, tea, and groceries. They buy fruit every morning, so that we can have an apple, or an orange. I'ts a nice and comfortable environment.

How are the healthcare options at Globant?
The healthcare is private at Globant and that's very good.
They are good, we have a helathcare plan that is really good.
I haven't had the need to use them. But we have the normal public healthcare plan, and also a private one. They cover a lot of things and there's a high top limit on the expenses you can do while on treatment.
What was the most difficult question that was asked during your interview at Globant?
about my future and some technical questions
how to handle multi threads in object-c language and some architectures.
It was a math/geometry problem, that I had to write into code. I had to write an interface where you would give some coordinates, and a radius, and it had to print a circle. The problem was that I had about 30 mins to do it.
How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at Globant?
it was highly professional and relaxing.
in my particular experience, it was a very good process, but some of my referral's experience haven't be so good

I met two globers from the recruitment team and two senior ios developers from Argentina
I meat two "gatekeepers", they bombarded me with questions, and after the interview I was contacted about a week later.
I meet with my manager and immediately I began to work this day.
What part of Globant's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
we are aquiring more business and especially in the big data and data engineering.
from my point of view AI is growing really fast, I wouldn't know to say what part of the business is having problems. but I can say that mobile doesn't seem to be growing so fast as AI business.
I'm not aware of the business part. I know they are selling a lot in Europe and the US, and they pay the workforce mostly in Latin America. So there's a good profit range there. But other than that...
