What is the best part about your compensation package?
Prepaid medicine for me and my family is highly valuated. Beside other benefits are very useful such as EAP program which we have access to.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salaries are subpar compared to other similar companies, and getting a promotion is a bureaucratic nightmare.
Base pay lags market benchmarks, and benefits don't offset this gap for senior roles. To improve retention, we need a tiered benefits structure based on seniority. Also, anchoring bonuses entirely to stock options is sub-optimal; equity should be an optional component, not mandatory
i am waiting 4 years for promotion that they have promised me

There are many meetings to attend, some of them are not very useful and could be replaced for an email. Some others seem to be poorly planned or just to accomplish a requirement

if you have a lot of years in the company it's a must that you can change projects effortlesly is very negative you have to go to a whole process like you are changing job, is tiresome, ando sometimes you think is better to look for a job somewhere else than staying in the same condition
