While I have been in this area, there haven´t been layoffs and each person who left to search other challenges have the doors open to returning.
How are the career growth opportunities on the Communications team at Globant?
Is awesome, Comm is the dream team! I have been working in this area since 2007 and I had great growth opportunities. I have begun as a Semi-senior Designer and now I have my ideal job because I can show and apply my knowledge and experience in various challenges as a Specialist Communication Analyst.

Overall very good opportunities given the geographical expansion and regionalization.

We have a well defines career path and action to take around every seniority. We have a yearly review in which we gather feedback from all of the interaction of the glober, and we make the decision based on impact and effort.

Very! Being at globant has proven to be the hardest and most satisfying profesional challenge in my life. To grow a design community and to create opportunities to make relevant solutions and sustainable strategies is amazing and hard at the same time.

That feeling that what you think can be done, and that you have brave and kind people around you.

I measure this by how active people are, not just in their project, but in other self initiated activities, and there are many. People tend to feel free to express, open, and change their minds.
