Hire the right people. Mid level management needs to change.
I love working at Ericsson. I wouldn't change a thing about the culture. It's collegiate, respectful, thoughtful, and competent. It's adapting to digital transformation by moving faster, pushing decision-making down the management chain, getting lean, and moving toward working in an ecosystem of skillets.

They try to force innovation but failed so far. The real culture is reactive and conservative (trying to apply hardware world processes into software world project).

Around 10% women. Still very diverse with regard to culture (around 5 nationalities within a 20 people team).
