I need to move from Job stage 5 to jib stage 6 before I can get better salary .
i hate my job, everyday is like a burden, higher people payy very less and the work is soooo much

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Plenty of drama here as every place, but I've never worked in a place that seems to be a Netflix series everyday. People goto about each other, take each other to HR. Too many people at this company are related. Bad mix.
here proper corporate politics takes place and no one is there to help its just everyone wants to take your credit

its not the interview itself but the time it takes, the process is too long, and the team is not provided time to support recruitment
