it's the best! I work remote but am in constant contact with my team.

It was good before, now with the downturn, they are reducing all benefits. share is gone, health insurance is reduced

In US, they are ruthless and non-cooperating. There is a big team of HR people in US office, only thing they do is to fire people.
How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at Ericsson?
Confusing, slow, and disjointed. They are a really screwed up company right now and with msotly cuts going on you could be the best for the job and lose out to an internal candidate who meets hiring quotasin particular races or a gender

High demands.
What's the office layout like at Ericsson?
Fluid. Sitting/standing desks beside great big windows, rooms of different sizes for private meetings. Common area in the middle where most people congregate. Very social, but with respect for your space and privacy.

What's the vibe like in the Marketing dept at Ericsson? How many hours are you working?
The vibe is optimistic, but with a clear awareness of both the challenges and opportunities posed by the disruptions to technology and business models in telco. I average 40 hours a week. Sometimes it's more, but it evens out over time.

Sharp. Competent. Insightful. Fun to work with.

Communicates well. Makes the tough decisions. I think they will guide Ericsson through our transformation successfully.

I believe the new CEO is taking things in the right direction. Managed Services Leadership for north America is very poor

I work offsite at a customer location, so I do not experience Ericsson culture at work

Unfortunately, there are too many H1B workers on my team, who do not work well with others who are not Indian
