Same as me frustrated and demotivated and planning to quit at any time
What's the work from home policy like at Infosys?
Very bad , you need to send emails and get approval in order to do work from home. Every time following this is irritating and annoying. Because you got to justify with valid reasons. And your wfh is approved only if u have genuine reason. So finally u will end up working from offfice

Leave the perks, instead pay better and give proper increments on salary and promotions. They are worst in personal growth of employees.

VSP Insurance are really good. But Infosys Limited is horrible. I don’t suggest Infosys to even my bitter enemy.

The IT department is the most complex department to work in. It is really challenging in the type of work they have to do. They have to use modern technologies. They should know in and out of security. Since most of the apps built by them are going to be used world wide performance is a must. The apps will be deployed in one region but users across the globe will be using them mostly on vpn. So ensuring right performance is a challenge
How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at Infosys?
Line managers expect employees to work beyond regular office hours and even on sick days/vacations and expect you to carry a laptop.

Company environment is positive, but the leadership's greed makes it negative.

They need not being bias, and start thinking for the team who slogs. Talk less and work more
