  • Very bad , you need to send emails and get approval in order to do work from home. Every time following this is irritating and annoying. Because you got to justify with valid reasons. And your wfh is approved only if u have genuine reason. So finally u will end up working from offfice

  • The IT department is the most complex department to work in. It is really challenging in the type of work they have to do. They have to use modern technologies. They should know in and out of security. Since most of the apps built by them are going to be used world wide performance is a must. The apps will be deployed in one region but users across the globe will be using them mostly on vpn. So ensuring right performance is a challenge
