Is it possible to switch teams at TP? If so, what is the process?
Yes. You can switch to another project during the training when you're not happy with the one you were recruited for. After signing the contract, you have to have worked at the project for at least 3 months before switching project.
What is the onboarding process like at TP and how long does it last?
It lasts one day (the first day) and there's a presentation of the company and the building you're working at.
What is the hardest interview question TP asks?
None is hard. Depends on if you are prepared for the interview.
What is the PTO policy at TP?
You're not getting paid when you're sick. Even if you certificate from the doctor. Only when it's a sick leave after 2 days. This is Portuguese law for call centres.
What kind of relocation or moving stipends does TP offer?
Flight and first accommodation until placed in a TP apartment for free. TP takes care of bureaucratic issues when you're relocating from another country.
What is the company mobility like at TP?
None.
What kind of activities do employees at TP participate in outside of work?
Hiking, surfing, cooking workshops, basketball, beach volleyball, etc (this is at TP Portugal).

Nothing. I was given a lot of opportunities at the beginning and I had a good position.

Not hard at all. I got promoted after 9 months.

Depends on the language you speak. The more demanded, the quicker they contact you.

The layoffs are handled poorly they don't give you very much notice it's just hey you know this is probably our last week on this job but if you choose to stay with the company as soon as another job open up they call you but you can't get unemployment while you wait

The career growth opportunities are actually pretty easily obtained and happen often the only thing you should be worried about is your job security because at any time you could be laid off

by your stats the customer gets surveys they fill out. but this is not good because no matter how good you are if the customer is made with the company they will take it out on you and give you a bad review.
