  • Yes. You can switch to another project during the training when you're not happy with the one you were recruited for. After signing the contract, you have to have worked at the project for at least 3 months before switching project.

  • The layoffs are handled poorly they don't give you very much notice it's just hey you know this is probably our last week on this job but if you choose to stay with the company as soon as another job open up they call you but you can't get unemployment while you wait
