Telling someone why they was fired lol.
Listen to your people, stay up to date with the latest outside of VXI (market, competitors etc), invest in technology/system/innovation that would really help the company and VXI employees.
The management team neads to work at promoting unity instead of dissentiion. I beleive there needs to something in place to protect a worker who is being targeted by direct supervision. HR does not protect the employees but cosigns with unethical behaviors. Clearing from top would be best. Start ove

Retirement benefits, better payroll and HMO. Better work set up - work from home for those that are not needing client facing like support group.
Enhanced salary scales, upward mobility opportunities
Being allowed to work a 40 hour work week in which you were hired. When you are scheduled on a holiday, allow the individual to work their full shift and not force VTO because things are slow and the they say the client does not want to pay when sitting in ready. Unable ro maximize full pay EVER.

The best thing about our team is the strong collaboration and willingness of everyone to support one another, especially during critical days and challenging situations. Team members are approachable, share knowledge openly, and work together to achieve common goals.

We have a very open and honest Teams of Trust ethos. We work in multi functional teams and many of the Operations and Support groups work together very well globally.

We mainly work silo, so an opportunity to effectively collaborate as a team
They need to follow instructions but the AD empowered them and not the mamagement.
I don't have any problem with my colleagues
If everyone would stop treating the building like a get together with friends and actually took pride in there work

A "Rally-Together" Resilience: The environment is built on a foundation of genuine peer support. When unexpected challenges hit—whether it's managing a massive surge in technical queues, navigating complex billing updates, or adapting to sudden operational adjustments—the team doesn't scatter.

Everyone is very supportive of career growth and building bench strength through our Team Leaders
Nothing. Literally. Worst placed I've ever worked at.
Invest in technology and system to help your employees do their jobs better and not to cut cost. Invest on people and not treat them as numbers, replacing them asap with cheaper paid employees. Provide better benefit package (Retirement and better HMO) and work set up like WFH/Hybrid.
I dont think it will improve.
Just let your agent work peacefully and do not pressure
Higher management needs to act like higher management and not everyone's buddys

Start being thoughtful - take the time needed to do things properly. Everything here is about checking a box
The initial interviews were done over the phone. Only the final one was done in the office. That was really convenient.

The hiring and interview process at VXI is structurally designed to be a rapid, one-day processing cycle for walk-in or aligned applicants, though dependencies on account availability can occasionally stretch the timeline over a few days.

MY team, my site and our accomplishments
Pay sucks and customers expect miracles.
Too many changes. Unclear directions and directives. Decisions impacting the team's future is dictated by one person only.
Going wrong is hiring the wrong people
Be wake up and look to your leadership who handle team not only focus on your Agent

Flexibility with associates with issues outside of work. There are caring and supportive leaders within this company that value employees.
A little more stability in senior management roles - BPO's in general have a high turnover. This is costly and people have to start building work relationships on a regular basis = steep learning curves.
I would like to see more professionalism amongst account associates within each facility.
