There is very little politics. Things changes very quickly and everyone understands that. The most important people in the company are not the leaders, they are our frontline agents who essentially work for our clients.

Invest in technology and system to help your employees do their jobs better and not to cut cost. Invest on people and not treat them as numbers, replacing them asap with cheaper paid employees. Provide better benefit package (Retirement and better HMO) and work set up like WFH/Hybrid.
