We have a very open and honest Teams of Trust ethos. We work in multi functional teams and many of the Operations and Support groups work together very well globally.

We all support one another

The work family that is established theough the bond of disenfranchisement and poor treatment by upper management. Team bonds by discussing how awful we are being treated and how everyone is unhappy there and looking forward to something else.

They need to follow instructions but the AD empowered them and not the mamagement.
