Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Being allowed to work a 40 hour work week in which you were hired. When you are scheduled on a holiday, allow the individual to work their full shift and not force VTO because things are slow and the they say the client does not want to pay when sitting in ready. Unable ro maximize full pay EVER.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The management team neads to work at promoting unity instead of dissentiion. I beleive there needs to something in place to protect a worker who is being targeted by direct supervision. HR does not protect the employees but cosigns with unethical behaviors.
