- What would you most like to see improved at your company?A little more stability in senior management roles - BPO's in general have a high turnover. This is costly and people have to start building work relationships on a regular basis = steep learning curves.
- What would you improve about your company's interview process?It was group interviews and the process took 4 hours of just sitting in a zoom.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Pay sucks and customers expect miracles.
