Being allowed to work a 40 hour work week in which you were hired. When you are scheduled on a holiday, allow the individual to work their full shift and not force VTO because things are slow and the they say the client does not want to pay when sitting in ready. Unable ro maximize full pay EVER.

Because I was replaced while still in my job whilst I was passing all kpis by someone who has come in and passed no kpis.
Just give the compensation that your employee deserve.
The amount of work does not compensate adequately.
