every time I have a direct report even just one who feels grateful having me as his/her supervisor
What did you like most about the interview process?
During my time the interview was more on a level of the applicant's behavior, not Skill "yet" as "skill" will be taught along the way, during training, team huddles, coaching, etc
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My OM & AD are realistic Leaders who guide their people with integrity & excellence but more importantly with a "heart." They do not just demand for results BUT "show" how to get those. They strongly practice the "passion for people" slogan as they lead with a "heart."
