There isn't one for the majority of employees. People are hired off the street for the majority of jobs.
How do you feel about Alorica's future?
They're gonna be fine because as long as there's need for jobs, bodies can recycle in and out. They've decided that the cost of recycling minimum wage employees is cheaper than hiring higher skilled ones that would likely stay around longer and work more efficiently.
