  • Listener,understand the clients and their needs. Listening they are not all having a good day. Caring for what they are saying.Making sure you are all telling them the right information. They do not like it when they get conflicting information.

  • Cheap. Someone that is basically trained but can do what I just fleshed out...get survey numbers and keeps customers from getting credits.

  • The schedules are randomized. You prefer certain times, but the truth is, you don't really have a defined choice. But because there are so many customers, you can actually work a lot of overtime.
