One of it is being a trustworthy.
Non existent. It's a call center.
What does the ideal candidate in the Customer Support department look like at Alorica?
Listener,understand the clients and their needs. Listening they are not all having a good day. Caring for what they are saying.Making sure you are all telling them the right information. They do not like it when they get conflicting information.
Cheap. Someone that is basically trained but can do what I just fleshed out...get survey numbers and keeps customers from getting credits.
How flexible is your work schedule at Alorica?
The schedules are randomized. You prefer certain times, but the truth is, you don't really have a defined choice. But because there are so many customers, you can actually work a lot of overtime.

Can't speak for executives because I'm not one. We don't get benefits unless they're purchased out of pocket.

I think Alorica is good in every part because leaders in Alorica are good in making way in difficult time specially during pandemic.
Acquisitions of other companies is growing quickly. Migration from West servers is problematic, but necessary.

Pay attention to your training and call the PAL line if you have any questions, ever.

I enjoy working with all of my coworkers. I work about 10 hours a day so between 50-60 hours a week
