    Went to a job fair, lot of people present, had to wait your turn to be called in for an interview. Was able to find out before leaving the interview which was the good thing.

    I met with an HR representative for the interview for my latest promotion (I've been with Alorica/West for 17 years). I heard back in about 4 weeks, once all interviews for the position had been conducted.

  • What should I wear for an interview at Alorica?
    Business casual, unless you're applying for a work at home position, in which case, wear whatever you're comfy in (you won't actually see the interviewer).
