I think they are humble, smart, and down to earth people.

The leadership team really cares about employees. They give us great benefits, plan fun events, and make sure we're recognized for our work.

There is transparency. We have company meeting on Tuesdays to discuss financials and areas for growth. It's great to know that status of HT.

There is a lot of transparency during our Tuesday morning all-hands meetings. They share the performance of the company and the goals they are trying to achieve. I think keeping employees informed also ties into employee happiness.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is evaluated not only on years of experience which I believe s the proper way to evaluate comp especially in the silicon valley.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is small but mighty! We are always thinking of way we can be better at our jobs and make hiring more efficient for for the organization. My manager does an excellent job of empowering each of us to make decisions on a daily basis.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People here are really excited about the product. I think that goes a long way with overall happiness in your daily work. Leadership also does a great job of explaining the 'why' for new processes and is open to suggestions. It's a very collaborative culture.

The benefits are great and we feel supported as employees. Not only with medical benefits/equity but also with taking time off.
