What do you like best about the leadership team?
the leadership team is humble and transparent

Generally speaking, they do embrace GE's leadership behaviors or acting with humility, leading with transparency and delivering with focus. I would add that the leadership team need to work on acting with humility & watching how focused they are. There are times that the focus impacts what they see.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Base salary is fair. However over the years health / pension...etc has eroded. While I understand the reasoning, its still a challenge when looking for longer term planning. More RSU/option leverage would be nice to be disseminated more broadly through GE's transition.

High compensation, but poor management that does not care about employees. I suppose that is why they pay well

I think most companies are decreasing benefits, or increasing the cost of those benefits. Take a stand and be different.
