The management at Kroger needs to learn how to manage, how to listen and show respect to everyone. You get what you give, and it shows working at Kroger. I hate my job simply because of upper management, throwing hourlys under the bus, refusing to put in work to help. Its ridiculous.

people are blatantly on their phones and goofing around. managers only talk to you if your production gets too low and even then it takes like 3 months to fire useless people

I can't honestly say there are positives to working at Kroger. I've been at many different stores and at each store the quality of work, the quality of humans you hire get worse and worse. I'm looking forward to quitting and putting Kroger in my rearview mirror.

No care for employees. The company needs to hire store managers that care. The current company managers at stores dont care

The way employees are allowed to be treated while at work is just flat out ridiculous. Management is the number one cause, the issue is the higher up the manager, the more rude and disrespectful. I've dealt with the union to no results.
