What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their trust and transparency. I don't have to read between the lines when they talk, I know exactly what they mean and they usually talk about the "why" behind what they talk about.

They are primarily focused on preserving the culture at Bamboo. People come first and Bamboo being a great place to work is their first priority. They live the values themselves and are incredibly approachable and willing to be open and to help whenever it is needed.

They are genuinely good people who really care about their employees and doing the right thing! Even if I don't understand a change or decision that's made, I have 100% full trust in our leadership team that they're doing what's right, so I don't need to understand all of the details to be on board.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love our paid paid vacation

There are many exceptional things about the benefits at Bamboo, but two of my favorite things are the Paid Paid Vacation and the 401K match. The paid paid vacation I love because it supports our value of enjoying quality of life and I love that the 401K match sets us up for financial success.

They're quick to give feedback to help me be better. They also trust me and my ability but help me be better.

The People!! Everyone contributes and works hard. We all have the same goal but we have an environment that is open enough to share ideas and grow together.

They have become some of my very best friends. I love being with them at work, and enjoy spending time with them outside of work. We work well together and there is not a sense of ego on our team at all. We are truly a team and all pull our weight and are willing to help.

We're all focused on the company mission and vision and we help each other succeed. We help each other to do our jobs the best we can and we're open with one another. I know that everyone on my team works hard and is doing their best which makes doing my job even easier.

I trust that once people leave for the day, they worked incredibly hard.

That's a hard question to answer because there are so many things. I guess I would say the authenticity. People at Bamboo are very genuine and real.

It's focused on people and having balance in life. Bamboo isn't focused on work work work, but working while you're at work, and GOING HOME and forgetting about work when you're at home. If you are in our parking lot after 5, it is VERY likely that it will be empty. It's because we care about people
